But these boots are warm, fuzzy & very very comfortable because it's not a hard wood heel. You're walking on a cushioned rubber sole. I wore these while traveling from Cols to D.C. & were in them from early morning til late at night with lots of walking & it was all good! The arch is built up and kind of narrow but i think they will give. I wore a thinner sock & they were just fine! Lots of compliments & they look hot! good with jeans tucked in or not! Good with long jeans skirt. Really nice boot. I sprayed mine with shoe protector.

Well, maybe if I lose another 20 pounds... but I wear an 18 in just about every manufacturer. Seeing how many other people thought these wore too large, I was supremely disappointed.
